Group drinker with heating

Automatic heated group drinker for goats. Float valve maintains water level automatically. Heating element (36V via step-down transformer) prevents freezing in cold weather. Includes heating cable for the supply line. Manufacturer: MPLAST (Ukraine).

Installation steps

Draw up an installation plan
Inspect the drinker externally for damage before installation
Run power (220V) and water supply lines per the plan
Prepare the floor surface (level, fill cracks, prime)
Mount and secure the drinker via anchor bolts through the designated fixing holes only — no drilling, cutting, or filing
Connect water supply using a ¾" 90° elbow fitting for convenience
Adjust the float valve to set the desired water level
Connect to mains using double-insulated cable (VV, VVG, PVS or equivalent), cross-section 0.75–2.5 mm²; observe L, N, PE terminal labelling
Install a 30 mA RCD (not included — purchased separately)
Wrap heating cable around the supply pipe (no bend angle over 45°) to prevent inlet freezing
Connect the heating cable to the heater power contacts
Secure the end of the heating cable

Safety: the heater runs at safe 36V, but the junction box carries 220V — dangerous to people and animals. Do not operate if protective earthing is absent or faulty, or if the control compartment cover or junction box is damaged or missing.
